2 | can | Tuna in water (a) 150 g drained weight |
25 | g | Capers |
300 | g | Smoked tuna into slices |
Instructions for Tunmousse roulade
To prepare the Tunmousse roulade recipe, please follow these instructions:
The water sieve/squeezed by the tuna.
Tuna capers, lemon juice, salt and pepper to blend well in a food processor. Sour cream whipped stiff. Tuna sour cream and mustard mix together and season with salt and pepper.
The smoked tuna laid out on a piece of film, tunmoussen lubricated. Use the movie to roll rouladen. Grab at each end and roll the film tight on rouladen and put it in the freezer.
Slice the roll out while it is cold, and let it thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
