3 | can | Tuna in oil |
4 | dl | Fraice 18% cream |

Instructions for Tuna pâté
To prepare the Tuna pâté recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour the væden from the tuna. Clean the mushrooms and chop them roughly. cut crust from bread and cut it into cubes.
Whisk eggs and cremefraice together in a bowl and let the bread soft out herein. Add the tuna, cut dill, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
Put wax paper in a sandkage form of approx. 1 ½ l and pour the mixture in.
Behind the patéen in the oven in a water bath ca. 1 hour at 200 degrees.
Tips:
Garnish with shrimp and lemon patéen both and serve it with a bowl of mixed salad.
