1 | Vanilla rod or 2 tsp. vanilla sugar | |
150 | g | Finely chopped hazelnuts |
2.5 | dl | Whipped cream |
20 | TUC biscuits (original) | |
200 | g | Sugar |
5 | Pasteurized egg whites |
Instructions for Tuc-tuc Kege
To prepare the Tuc-tuc Kege recipe, please follow these instructions:
Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
Whip the egg whites stiff, then add sugar and vanilla and whip a little again. Crush the biscuits and mix them with the finely chopped hazelnuts. Turn the mixture into the whipped egg whites.
Grease an aloe cake and sprinkle it with flour. Hold the dough in the alobak. Bake the cake for 30-40 minutes.
Let the cake cool and whip the cream and spread it on the cold cake. Decorate the cake with fresh berries.
