5 | dl | Cream |
500 | g | Bacon |
500 | g | Mushrooms |
500 | g | Tortellini |
Instructions for Tortellini with cream / tomato sauce (easy)
To prepare the Tortellini with cream / tomato sauce (easy) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put water over to tortellini (put plenty of salt in the water)
Cut the bacon into medium sized pieces and put on the forehead (preferably without fat).
Mushrooms are cut into slices and garlic squeezed / sliced and put together with bacon.
Let it stand until the mushrooms give off liquid and put a can of chopped tomatoes in.
Pour white wine vinegar, basil, thyme, salt and pepper and boil until most of the liquid from the tomatoes is evaporated.
Put the parmesan and cream in and simmer for low heat for approx. Half an hour - you do not need to smooth the sauce.
Taste if With white wine vinegar, parmesan and herbs.
The tortellini should only boil for 5 minutes so that they pour into the water at last and then in the sauce.
tips:
Server with fresh basil and parmesan on top. The white wine vinegar gives a really nice sour taste, and you can say more than what the recipe indicates. Whatever you are :)
