To prepare the Tomato / Gulasch sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Preheat a sautepande or thickened pot, pour a suitable amount of olive oil at (like a couple of tablespoons). Cut the onions and garlics well and transfer to the pan, the sauté until the bulbs are clear (not brown!). Add the beef and brown it lightly. Chop tomatoes roughly (you may want to peel them first if you do not like the skin) and add to the forehead. Pour broth on Add oregano and cakes to taste. Turn down the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes. A few minutes before the dish is ready, add the white wine / vinegar and simmer for another couple of minutes. Sever with fettucini or pasta.
tips:
As a student, you have to be creative every now and then, and this recipe is the result of being late in the month without any means. But, you really think about the right, and then it's low-fat! You may want to leave the wine / vinegar if you do not like it without doing so much. You can also use canned tomatoes, but think the dish is better with fresh produce.
