75 | g | Icing sugar |
Instructions for Toblerone-ice cream
To prepare the Toblerone-ice cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla cereal fluffy. Melt chocolate over hot water bath and stir it slowly into the egg mixture. Add the cognac, and let it cool a little.
Whip the cream stiff and turn it into the mix. Came the ice in a form, and place it in the freezer for about 6 hours.
Tips:
Garnish, if desired. Toblerone-ice with a little melted dark streaks of chocolate.
