400 | g | Toblerone |

5 | dl | Whipped cream |
70 | g | Potato flour |
90 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Toblerone cake with gooseberries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mousse: The mousse is cooked the day before and put in the fridge.
The tobacco roast is broken into small pieces and placed in a metal bowl or glass bowl that can withstand heat.
The cream is added.
The bowl is placed in a water bath.
Melt at the low heat to the zone so that both chocolate and honey are melted.
Cake: Whites whipped stiff.
