To prepare the Tiramisu with chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the egg yolks together with the mascarpone, sugar and cocoa. Beat the egg whites until stiff and turn them into mascarponecremen. Dip a third of pasties in the coffee and put them in the bottom of a small shape lined with baking paper. Put a layer of cream over cake and repeat with cakes and cream twice.
