To prepare the The world's best rhubarb tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rhubarb into small pieces put into a greased tærtefad and sprinkled with sugar.
The dough is mixed in shown order and spread over rhubarb.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
Tips:
The tart is also really delicious with eg raspberries or skovbærblanding. Then, simply use ½ dl. sugar to sprinkle over, since this type of berries are sweeter than rhubarb. Frozen bærblandinger can fine used, as long as the juice is allowed to drain away before use.
