To prepare the The lovely birthday ring recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is spread out in the lukewarm cream. Then you chop the butter into the flour together with sugar and the battered eggs, and pour out the fermented yeast. The whole is stirred together and then kneaded on the table with a little flour that has been left, or maybe a little extra flour depending on how big the eggs are. The dough is soft and supple when it is kneaded together.
Immediately it rolls out to long, wide bands that are approx. 12 cm wide.
The filling is stirred together and placed as a thin stripe on the middle of the dough, which is now shaped into a pastry, and the edges of the dough can be squeezed slightly over the filling so that it does not bake. Raises the tail for 30 minutes.
Brush lightly on the sides with egg or egg white, sprinkle with sugar, chopped almonds or nuts and baking on the bottom groove in the oven at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 20 minutes, maybe the last time at 225 degrees C. alm. oven.
tips:
Delicious is the pastry, it can be frozen and lunes, just as you can also use the dough for two pastry sticks that bake in the same way and cut out as crowned pastry. The dough is very nice and easy to work with.
