To prepare the The Good Tuna Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are chopped - easiest with egg pieces.
The tuna finely chopped and mix with egg, creme fraiche and chives. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. The house block is soaked in cold water, picked up and melted in a water bath.
