1 | tbsp | Water |
1 | tbsp | Vanilla sugar |
150 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Margarine |
50 | g | Pure raw marzipan |

To prepare the THE BEST Pear Tart recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble butter in flour and add sugar, egg and water. Mix well and style the dough on a refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Place the bulbs on the dish towel / napkin.
Then mix marcipan, margarine and sugar to a thick mass.
Distribute half of the chilled dough in a pie shape - remember the edge. Then put the half bulbs and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Then spread the filling randomly into flat lumps and make the last half of the dough into a lid and put it on the pie.
Butter with milk, sprinkle with sugar and almonds / nuts.
Bake 30min v.200 degrees
tips:
Serve warm with creme fraiche added vanilla.
