Instructions for Thai salad with grilled rib-eye steak
To prepare the Thai salad with grilled rib-eye steak recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put steaks in a casserole dish. Pour half of fish sauce and half the limejuice over and let it marinate for at least three hours.
Pour the marinade from steaks and grill until browned on both sides (they must not have too much. Rather in the lower edge). Deck them to and let them stand for 5 min. then cut them into thin slices.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices and pour them together with the finely chopped chilli, chopped scallions, cherry tomatoes in quarters and herbs in a large bowl.
Dressing: Squeeze the garlic. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a glass jar with a lid and shake it well.
Add the beef to the salad and pour dressing over. Turn it all well.
