Ingredients for Thai Dip Sauce
0.5 | dl | Water |
1 | dl | Vinegar |
1 | tbsp | Corn flour |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | tsp | Lemon juice |
4 | Long red chilli | |
4 | dl | Sugar |
5 | clove | Garlic |
Instructions for Thai Dip Sauce
To prepare the Thai Dip Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve sugar in water in a saucepan stirring, simmer slightly. Clean and squeeze garlic. Dodge chili and remove kernels. Chop them roughly. Boil chilli and garlic at least 5 minutes. In solution.
Blend the sauce with a blender. Season with vinegar, salt and lemon. Even with Maizena upset in water for appropriate consistency.
