Instructions for Tenderloin with silver ask
To prepare the Tenderloin with silver ask recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the leaves well and sølvbede remove the thick stems. Share large leaves. Bring plenty of salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Put leaves in sølvbede and cook them for 3 minutes. Take the leaves up and flush them in cold water. Let them drip.
Trimmings mørbradene and rub them with salt and white pepper. Udkern tomato and chop it finely. Chip Walnut kernels coarsely. Chop the parsley and basil leaves.
Mix Quark and feta cheese and stir it with the tomato, walnuts and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg white to solid foam and turn it into Quark mixture. Set the oven at 200 degrees c.
Put half of the sølvbede the leaves on the table. Place a fillet on butter and half of the walnut cream on. Roll the tenderloin into sølvbede the leaves and place it in a baking dish. Repeat with the second tenderloin. Brush with olive oil and roast in the oven about 30 minutes.
Let the tenderloin rest 10 minutes after it is taken out of the oven. Cut the meat into slices. Serve with potato wedges and a tomato salt with mustard vinaigrette.
Tips:
Variation: Replace Silver's pleas with fresh spinach.
