Instructions for Tart of the gazebo
To prepare the Tart of the gazebo recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the fat into pieces and put it in a kitchen machine. Add sugar and wheat flour and drive it all to a smooth dough without lumps. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Grease a layer cake form and squeeze one piece of dough into it to a level bottom, almost to the edge. The dough flows out, so the edge does not have to be completely even. Bake at 200 degrees on the middle shelf for about 12-15 minutes. Take the mold out and let the bottom cool in the form 5 min. Loosen it around the edge and then turn it on baking paper. If the joints break, you can put the pieces slightly above each other and press and then they are together when it is cold. Behind the other bottom in the same way. Whip the cream stiff and mix with cranberry jam and vanilla sugar. Put one of the bottles on a dish, cover with cranberries and put the other bottom over. Leave the cake cold for at least 30 minutes. Decorate with green leaves just before serving.
