Ingredients for Tanjas theboller

Half egg and water
1kgWheat flour (250 g can be replaced with other flour-)
100gEggs (it is about 2 eggs)
15gSalt
150gSoft fat (margerine or butter)
30gDried milk
450gLukewarm water
75gYeast
75gSugar (can be reduced if one does not make theboller)

Instructions for Tanjas theboller

To prepare the Tanjas theboller recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the yeast in the water, then put the milk powder, sugar, salt and egg in and stir well.
Put the flour in and knead well, best on the machine.
When it's just gathered for a dough, fat comes in and it is kneaded for about 10 minutes.
Then raise for about 30 minutes.
