1 | dl | Good wine vinegar |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | cup | Sugar (about 2 cups) |
10-15 | Fresh red chili (prik kii nuu) | |
2 | Whole pickled garlic |
Instructions for Sweet chilidip
To prepare the Sweet chilidip recipe, please follow these instructions:
Take the outer hard shell of the pickled garlic and mix the rest of the chili. Shock it coarsely in a mortar. (or give it a spin in the Blender!) Bring vinegar and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan and stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the chilies and garlic mixture of came. Add salt. Tips:
Chili sauce in consistency can be adjusted by varying the sugar/vinegar ratio. The same is advised to shorten or lengthen the cooking time. The longer the thicker the substance. Find your own favorite
