Instructions for Swedish chocolate bread
To prepare the Swedish chocolate bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix all dry parts in a bowl. Cut the cold butter into smaller pieces and crumble it in the flour. Gather the dough easily with the battered egg (the dough becomes a good linden) Roll the dough into 3 bars at 1 1/2 cm thick. Lay the rods on a greased baking sheet. Brush with egg white and sprinkle with pearls and almonds. Push the rods at the top of the oven
Baking time: approx. 10 min. At 175 degrees C. When the rods are taken out of the oven, cut them immediately into slanted cuts, which are cooled to a baker.
