Ingredients for Super Mushroom chocolate muffin

1 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
1 | tsp | Vanilla sugar |
1.25 | dl | Whole milk |
2.5 | dl | A38 |
225 | g | Sugar |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Cocoa |
80 | g | Chocolate to the top |
90 | g | Dark chocolate 44% |
Instructions for Super Mushroom chocolate muffin
To prepare the Super Mushroom chocolate muffin recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the chocolate (please in a little big pieces.) Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl of 2/3 of the chopped chocolate.
Mix the wet ingredients into another bowl and whip short with a whipping until the mass is uniform.
Pour the liquid into the bowl with the dry ingredients and fold them together until the flour is just soaked. (DO NOT use electric dipsticks).
Distribute the dough into molds and fill them 2/3. Place 1-2 pieces of chocolate on top, in the dough and press it slightly into the cake. But the chocolate must not reach the bottom of the mold, because the pieces sink slightly when baked.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 13-15 min at 200 in a hot air oven (a little longer at the oven)
Tip: Tastes delicious when they are just getting out of the oven because of the filling chocolate in the middle of the muffins
And possibly Served with vanilla ice cream.
But also keep the mushroom for a couple of days.
