20 | g | Margarine |
200 | g | Leek |
200-250 | g | Mushroom |
2-3 | Eggs | |
2-3 | Bay leaves | |
250-300 | g | Minced beef |
Instructions for Super meatballs
To prepare the Super meatballs recipe, please follow these instructions:
Season the chopped onions in margarine until they are crisp but not brown. Add the chopped meat and stir until the meat has split.
Add curry, salt and pepper and and let the curry sweat.
Add coarse chopped mushrooms, peppers cut into small terns, dangling in thin rings and rasp.
Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.
Whip egg and milk together and pour the egg mixture over the meat. Slice slightly with a fork to spread the egg mass. Slice laurel leaves in the dish.
Put the dish in the water bath in the oven and behind the dish 30-40 min. Until the egg mass is stiffened.
tips:
Try it and lower the dish with minced pork.
