Mix tomatoes, water, garlic, cubes and lettuce and pepper in a high pot and let it boil for about 3 hours at medium heat, stirring once in a saucepan while the soup boils in. After the 3 hours add cooking cream and boil for more 15 minutes add meat and flour and server when the balls are hot. Possibly grated cheese, parsley and boiled pasta can be served for good appetite!
