Instructions for Sunflower, original
To prepare the Sunflower, original recipe, please follow these instructions:
The eggs are boiled for approx. 20 minutes with onion pill from shells. This gives the shells a beautiful golden brown color. The eggs immediately come in cold water, and the shells are easily bumped so that they crack. The eggs are placed in a brine, in a glass with a close lid, that must be so strong that it can almost carry the eggs. You can also take 3 tablespoons. Salt per Liter of water and then change water every other day.
The eggs can last for 2-3 weeks in the strong make, and for up to 4 weeks if the layers are changed daily. Many people prefer to eat the eggs after 3-4 days as they grow more salty, the longer they lie.
The eggs are served as a bacon before a meal or as an option for a snaps in the long run. Each person pills his egg, cuts it through on the long joints, gently lifting the flowers, a clam of mustard and oil and vinegar in the flower hole. The flower is laid in place with the rounding up. Half the eggs are eaten with your fingers as a treat in one mouthful, and you blame well with beer or snaps.
In the present, there are many who add fries, pepper, tabasco and English sauce. However, this takes a lot of the characteristic and original taste.
