Ingredients for Sunflower buns 02

1 | tbsp | Honey |
1 | dl | Cracked wheat |
1 | dl | Cracked rye |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1 | dl | Sunflower seeds |
3 | tbsp | Flax seed |
4 | dl | Lukewarm water |
9 | dl | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Sunflower buns 02
To prepare the Sunflower buns 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast and mix with honey and salt.
Stir yeast mixture into a little of the water. Add the rest of the water.
Mix sunflower seeds, flax seeds and broken wheat and rye. Mix this in the dough.
Add the flour and mix it to a loose dough. Save some flour to the molding. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Turn the dough onto a floured table. Sprinkle extra wheat flour over the dough and press it flat with your hands, approx. 20c30 cm.
Cut the dough into 12 pieces with a knife and put the pieces on a plate of baking paper or oil.
Let the squares rise for 30 minutes. Set the oven to 250 degrees. Bag in the middle of the oven for 12-15 min. You can serve the balls with fresh cheese, ham, pepper and a tuna parsley.
