To prepare the Summer potatoes with shrimps recipe, please follow these instructions:
The new potatoes are boiled, the sugar peas blanched and the radishes cut into quarters. Stir dressing together with oil, honey, vinegar, grated ginger, oregano, chopped garlic, salt and pepper. The freshly cooked, lean potatoes are mixed with the dressing. Vegetables and prawns are added.
Serve the dish with bread and possibly. A green salad.
