200 | g | Hams, uncooked |

Instructions for (Summer) omelette (microwave)
To prepare the (Summer) omelette (microwave) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Choose a large dish. Distribute the sunflower seeds in the dish and cover. Shake the kernels at 650 watts for 2 minutes.
Pour the corn into a sieve and let them drip well. Rinse courgettes. Half length them and cut into slices. Cut the meat into strips and the cheese into small cubes.
Mix corn, mushrooms, meat, cheese and sunflower seeds together in the dish.
Stir the eggs together and add whipped cream and spices. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and meat.
Cover, and prepare for 650 watts for 8 minutes. Slice the egg with a pallet knife so that it can run out to the edges.
Cover, and prepare another 7-8 minutes at 650 watts and serve.
The dish is full, so it only needs bread and a green salad.
tips:
Instead of hamburgerryg, you can use smoked turkey breast.
