To prepare the Stuffed squash recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the squash through and scrape most of the fruit meat. Cut it out.
Season meat, onions, mushrooms and squash meat in oil. Add tomatoes, cream, rasp, basil, salt and pepper.
Distribute the filling into the hollowed squash. Sprinkle with fried cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 25-30 minutes.
Pour 1/2 dl Kraft dressing on each serving before serving or order it.

Zucchini, squash or zucchini, there are several names for the same vegetable belonging to the pumpkin family. The stuffed vegetable is served here as a dinner or starter.
