To prepare the Stuffed pork tenderloin III recipe, please follow these instructions:
Tenderloin of stucco and cut an incision lengthwise. Fill the incision with gorgonzola, garlic into thin slices and Sun-dried tomatoes cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 45 min. Alm. oven 250 degrees and convection ovens 235 degrees. Cut into approx. 4 cm thick slices and serve immediately.
