Ingredients for Stuffed butterhorn

Instructions for Stuffed butterhorn
To prepare the Stuffed butterhorn recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast with cold milk, stir salt and sugar and knead the flour together with the butter, cut into small pieces. Eat it for a dough. Divide it into three equal parts.
Roll each piece to a long rectangular band of approx. 10 cm. width. Cut the dough slanted into 8 triangles.
Stir 100 g. Butter with 85 g sugar and 1 knife tip cardamom. Put a teaspoon. Of this at the wide end of each triangle and roll the dough together about it. Whip an egg together and iron the horns with it. Chop the nuts well, mix them with pearl chops and sprinkle it on the horns.
Put them on baking paper on a plate and let them bake in the middle of a 225 ° C hot oven for 25 minutes.
