Ingredients for Strutter
1 | Eggs | |

1-2 | tbsp | Sugar |
2.5 | dl | Lukewarm milk |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Melted cooled margarine |
450 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Strutter
To prepare the Strutter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the yeast into the milk. Mix sugar, salt and approximately 1/3 of flour in. stir margarine in and add more flour. Knead the dough on a floured, for it frees the hands and is glossy and smooth. Deck the dough with an inverted Bowl and let it raise lunt to double size (approximately ½-1 hour).
Beat the dough down, roll it into a sausage and cut it into 16 equal pieces. Roll dough into buns and cut a cross in each to produce four ends. Set dough balls on a plate with wax paper with crossed down toward the plate. Drag the tips out to each his corner and press them firmly against the plate. The tips must not be too thin.
Strutter cover with baking plate and efterhæv them warm ca. 20 minutes. Behind them at 200 degrees C for about 12-14 minutes.
