1 | kg | Broccoli |
1 | tbsp | Finely chopped fresh ginger |
1 | clove | Minced garlic |
1 | tbsp | Potato flour |
1 | tbsp | Dry sherry |
2 | dl | Chicken broth |
2 | tsp | Sugar |
3 | tbsp | Sesame seeds |
300 | g | Ostrich fillet in strips |
4 | tbsp | Oyster sauce |

To prepare the Struds and broccoli in oyster sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the marinade together and let the meat take ½-2 hours in the fridge.
Shake the sesame seeds 2 min. On a dry forehead.
Divide the broccoli into small bouquets, peel the stem and cut it into spell. Boil broccoli bouquets and stir in ample lettuce water for 2-3 minutes and let them drip into a sieve.
Bring broth, sugar, sherry and oyster sauce into the boil. Even with potato flour melted in cold water and immediately remove the pot from the heat.
Bring meat and marinate on a hot forehead and raise it until the meat is tender and have taken a little color, approx. 3 min.
Turn the meat and broccoli into the hot sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with a bowl of jasmine rice.
