Instructions for Strawberry-tiramizu
To prepare the Strawberry-tiramizu recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the strawberries, nip the stalk and save 1/5 pieces to the decorations. Cut the strawberries into slices and let them pull for 15 min. In orange juice and cointreau. Whip egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, mascapone and whipped cream for a thick and creamy cream. Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them gently into the cheese cream. First put the lady's fingers in a large dish and then the marinated strawberries. Bring the cheese cream over and put the dish in the fridge, preferably until the next day.
Sprinkle with fried chocolate and decorate with the rest of the strawberries.
