1 | dl | Whipped cream |
250 | g | Strawberry |
3-4 | tbsp | Icing sugar |
400 | g | Frozen puff pastry |
Instructions for Strawberry cake
To prepare the Strawberry cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the butterdej into 4 elongated squares, brush them with fried egg and leave them at 220 degrees C for approx. 15 minutes.
Sprinkle them with flour and put them under the grill until the sugar is caramelized. Let them cool.
Whip cream, creme fraiche and torn apple peel together with 2 tablespoons flour cream to an airy cream. Turn half or quarter strawberries in.
Put the stuff in the battered biscuits.
