150 | g | Butter |
180 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Stikkelsbærpie
To prepare the Stikkelsbærpie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour and sugar. Add eggs as well as fat, cut into small pieces. Bring it together quickly for a dough. Leave the dough to cool cold for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough and put it in a pie form, 22 approx. In diameter. Cut out excess dough and dot the edge with a fork.
Bake at 225 degrees C. alm. Oven on the middle shelf for about 15 minutes.
Rinse and clean the cuttings. Mix sugar and potato flour. Fill the baked pieskal with gooseberries and sprinkle with sugar and potato flour.
Pull the pig for another 25 minutes or until the carcasses are soft.
tips:
Store some dough and roll it out into long strips. Put them in a nice pattern on top of the pen. If you brush the dough with egg whipped egg, the girl gets a nice color.
