To prepare the Stikkelsbær Marmalade with rum recipe, please follow these instructions:
Nippes and rinse the berries and pour into a sieve for draining. Sugar & water boils to a syrup, berries in and finally, the jam boil for approximately 20 minutes at low heat. Finally, the jam is creamed off frequently during this cooking process. Just before finally, the jam is poured on the pure glass, add the dark Rome (Barcardi rum is no good. There is not enough taste in Rome!) The glasses will be closed/binds to starks.
Tips:
If less sugar than the 750 gr must use Atamon as konncerveringsmiddel.
