Instructions for Steens French bread
To prepare the Steens French bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Lukewarm water, yeast, sugar, salt, liquid margarine are stirred together,
Add flour until the dough is appropriately solid / dry
The dough raises 1½ hours approx. 3 times the ground fill. Press sample. Press a finger on the dough, straighten the hole again, it is not ready to lift
The dough turns down French bread is formed
Brush and sprinkle with birch or something else
Put in hot oven 180 gr oven / under heat approx. 40 min either on baking paper or well-lubricated molds
