Grab the trout fillets individually in foil and steam them approx. 10 minutes in the oven at 175 degrees.
Mix the orange juice and lemon juice in a saucepan and cook it to half. Stir in basil oil and season with salt and pepper. Heat gently and pour it over the trout.
Server with vegetables according to your own taste / desire.
