Ingredients for Steak Primitivo in stegeso

optional4-8 garlic cut into slices can be omitted
1glassMushroom, or fresh in not too large pieces. must match in size
1Knor steak you boss
1tspGround pepper
150gBacon slices. cut in similar pieces. or diced
2tbspWheat flour
2Large onion, cut into large cubes
2-4Carrots. cut into slices
3-4dlPrimitivo red wine. or other red wine with a good strong flavour
500gBeef meat in cubes, quality as for goulash

Instructions for Steak Primitivo in stegeso

To prepare the Steak Primitivo in stegeso recipe, please follow these instructions:

Use large forehead, with high B edges or a saucepan.

Stir the bacon almost crisp, take it off.

Brown the meat in the bacon grease a few times, take the last meat off.
