Instructions for Squashsoufflé

To prepare the Squashsoufflé recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean and adjust the squashes and cut them all along. Scrape the fry. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add chopped onions and crushed garlic. Let it simmer until the onions are white. Sprinkle with flour, add cheese, dill and egg yolks and mix well. Whip the egg whites stiff and turn them gently into the lukewarm mass. Bring the soufflé mass into the hollowed squash. Sprinkle with peppers and put them in oven approx. 35 min at 200 degrees.

The soufflé mass is made extra delicious by getting a handful of chopped almonds.
