To prepare the Squash Tart nicoise recipe, please follow these instructions:
Bottom: Ingredients kneaded together and the dough rolled out and put in a pie dish. Tart bottom pre-baked approx. 10 minutes in a hot oven 200 degrees C.
Filling: saute the garlic and onion in olive oil. Add the next 5 ingredients and let them simmer until vegetables are tender, and væden is cooked almost in.
Put the vegetables in the pre-baked crust and bake the tart by even heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle pie with grated parmesan and splash with a little olive oil. Let the gratinere in the oven another 5 minutes.
