To prepare the Squash Soup with garlic and leeks recipe, please follow these instructions:
Squash and leeks cut into slices, individual cloves garlic halved and it all put in a large pot. Water is poured into the Pan and add the dice-the water should just broth exactly cover the vegetables. The Court småkoger in ca. 45 min.
