Ingredients for Squash rolls
1 | tsp | Wheat flour |
1 | tsp | Salt |
1.25 | dl | Hot water |
1.5 | dl | Zucchini grated and squeezed of moisture |
2 | tsp | Honey |
2 | tbsp | Oil |
2.5 | dl | Hot water or milk |
25 | g | Yeast |
Instructions for Squash rolls
To prepare the Squash rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the 4 first ingredients together. Pour the warm wetness in and mix all the ingredients in a large dejfad. Knead the dough well through for about 10 minutes until it is soft and supple.
Dough brushed lightly with oil and be made to uplift the slides on a warm place, until it has reached the size of dobbelst. Take the dough out on a floured board, hit the lightly together and shape it into rolls. Let them raise on a greased baking sheet for about 30 minutes
Heat oven up to 225 degrees C, set the plate on midterrillen, turn down the heat to 200 degrees C, and behind the round pieces in the 15-20 minutes.
Round pieces can be brushed with salted water and sprinkled with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
