To prepare the Squares, small pesto bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
Remember to turn on the oven at 200 gr.:) 1) Unroll the puff pastry finely out 2) Brush with pesto 3) Fold the dough together 4) Roll the dough lightly out, so the sticking together 5) cut the puff pastry into small squares about 4 x 4 cm 6) put the pieces of dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper 7) Brush with egg white and sprinkle with coarse salt 8) behind the fillet pieces by 200 gr. in ca. 10 min. Garnish, if desired. with fresh basil upon serving
Tips:
There can of course also annvendes other pestoer for these bread, dough may be divided into two, and can be made two different kinds. When I fit my brother's girls, these are always a hit!
