Instructions for Sprouted triangles
To prepare the Sprouted triangles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Crumble the yeast in a bowl. Warm water and oil to approx. 37 degrees (finger warm) and dissolve the yeast in it. Add salt and most of the flour. Eat as much flour in the dough as it can take. Thoroughly care for approx. 10 minutes until the dough is smooth. Cover the bowl with plastic foil and allow the dough to raise at room temperature for approx. 4 hours or in the fridge overnight.
Turn the dough out on a crispy table and fold it out to an approx. 3 cm. Thick plate. Sprinkle the plate with a little flour and cut it into triangles with a very sharp knife. Lay the triangles on a greased plate and let them adhere to the outdoor deck for approx. 30 minutes.
Behind the triangles in a preheated oven at 275-300 degrees for approx. 10 minutes
