To prepare the Spinach Salad with bacon and Croutons recipe, please follow these instructions:
Choose tender, delicate spinach leaves, so they do not need to be picked free of stems. Rinse them thoroughly and swirl them free of water. The bread without crust cut into cubes and roasted in butter in a frying pan together with the whole, peeled garlic cloves. Grate bacon cubes crisp on a dry pan. Let bread and bacon cubes drain on a paper towel. Stir in mustard, along with vinegar, oil and spices. Turn the spinach leaves with the dressing and serve with bread and bacon cubes.
