Clean the carrots and boil them in 2-3 min. put them to drain in a sieve. Cut the bottom 2 cm of aspargsene and cook them for 1 min. after which the afdryppes. Turn them in a little oil and sprinkle with salt. Chop the onions finely and put them skalotte in a bowl along with the rest of the oil. Clean and wash the spinach well, so it is free of soil. Dry spinach leaves. Heat oil in a pan and svite buds. Add the spinach leaves and toss them into the onions. The spinach should not lose its crispness. Serve the spinach on a plate.
