To prepare the Spicy hamkulotte with hasselback potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rub the hamkeculotte with spices, salt and pepper. Bring it to an ovenproof dish and pour the broth. Add the finely sliced onion and bacon. Grain butter crumbs on the culotte and put the dish in the oven at 225ºC one block. Moisten the heat to 175ºC and increase for another 35 minutes. Pour the liquid from the dish into a small pot. Foam it free of fat and even. Hasselback potatoes: Peel potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Put them side by side in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and sprinkle butterballs.
