Ingredients for Spice muffins
0.5 | tsp | Ginger, crushed |
1 | tsp | Baking soda |
1 | tsp | Cinnamon, ground |
1 | tsp | Cloves, bruised |
1.5 | dl | Whole milk |
175 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | tbsp | Brown sugar |
3 | tbsp | Syrup, dark |
50 | g | Butter |
Instructions for Spice muffins
To prepare the Spice muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour, baking soda and spices in a bowl. Bring butter, dolphin, syrup, milk and egg in a saucepan and warm it up stirring until the butter is melted. Pour it into the dry ingredients and stir the dough together. Distribute the dough into 15 molds and baking the cakes at 200C for approx. 15 min.
