Ingredients for Spice cake

| 120 | g | Melted butter |
| 190 | g | Butter |
| 3 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
| 3 | tsp | Oatmeal |
| 375 | g | Icing sugar |
| 500 | g | Sugar |
| 6 | tsp | Cinnamon |
| 600 | g | Wheat flour |
| 7.5 | dl | Buttermilk |
| 8 | tbsp | Strong brewed coffee |
Instructions for Spice cake
To prepare the Spice cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar stir well together then stir butter-milk in.
mix the flour with the cinnamon and bicarbonate of soda and add it at the end. Pipe the dough well and got it in a greased baking pan.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 min
the cake is cooled and overdrawn with glaze
