Instructions for Spice bread 02
To prepare the Spice bread 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
The milk is poured and poured into a bowl. The yeast is melted and stirred. Sugar, salt, pepper, chopped herbs and flour are added and the dough is kneaded until it is smooth and easily releases the bowl. The dough was kneaded through the table until it was soft and smooth. Sprinkle the bowl with a little flour. The dough is put in the bowl and a dish is laid over. Set for tilting a tight spot approx. 45 minutes.
The dough is thrown down and shaped into a loaf of bread. A form of approx. 1½ l. Lubricate with margarine. The dough is put in the mold and a dish is laid over. Adheres to a warm place approx. 30 minutes. Brush with warm milk and scratch with a sharp knife or razor blade.
The oven is heated to 220 degrees. A refractory bowl of water is placed at the bottom of the oven. The balls are baked on the bottom oven rib ca. 35 minutes.
The finished bread is turned out of the mold and cooled to a baker.
